MY REVIEW

This is a refreshing summer read set in Cornwall full of wedding fun and romance with a little bit of mystery. 

“Agatha Christie eat your heart out!” Lexie doesn’t want to repeat the past and just wants to plan a wedding with no problems, but someone is playing havoc with her friends’ big day and she’s putting her detective hat on.  As for the wild and adventurous Theo, Lexie’s love interest…what’s with the disappearing act, and what is extreme ironing?

The characters in this sweet romance are fun and entertaining. From the arrogant best man, Noah, to the wonderful vicar’s wife, Judy who has some racy news to share.  I guarantee you will find a favorite character or two of your own.

A wedding to remember with a beautiful setting, great friends, and his and her sack races.

Daisy James loves writing stories with strong heroines and swift-flowing plotlines. She especially likes to create sunshine-filled settings in exotic locations – the Caribbean, Tuscany, Cornwall, Provence – so she can spend her time envisioning her characters enjoying the fabulous scenery and sampling the local food and drink.

When not scribbling away in her peppermint-and-green summerhouse (garden shed), she spends her time sifting flour and sprinkling sugar and edible glitter. She loves gossiping with friends over a glass of something fizzy or indulging in a spot of afternoon tea – china plates and teacups are a must.
