MY REVIEW

This book is close to my heart. I work in a library and my partner is a mechanic and the story is charming and realistic.

Mallory Moran has come to the small town of Honeysuckle to start over again. She is healing from a gaslighting, narcissistic ex-husband who took away her confidence and self-esteem. I admire Mallory’s courage to create a new life in a new town. I love how the chemistry between the shy, insecure librarian and the kind, nervous mechanic Joel Foster builds to the point of Mallory taking a chance and making a move on him in the library stacks. There are doubts and bumps in the road, but everything ends in a happily ever after.

The book may be short but there is depth in the characters and emotion and drama equal to a full-length novel.

If you like fast-paced, sweet and spicy, small town romances, you will enjoy this story.
